Silky Corn Bisque

Silky corn soup topped off with Thai shrimp crostini,

Smokey bonito flakes and yuzu basil drizzle

Stuffed Salmon

Roasted Atlantic salmon with jumbo lump crabmeat and collard greens over grilled grit cakes with asparagus Gruyere cream sauce
