FIRST COURSE

ROASTED RED PEPPER CRAB BISQUE

Roasted red pepper bisque with butter poached lobster.

SECOND COURSE

ARUGULA SALAD WITH GOAT CHEESE & ROASTED SWEET POTATOES 

Arugula, goat cheese, roated sweet potatoes and balsamic glaze.

THIRD COURSE

CRISPY DUCK

Crispy duck, glazed carrots with a three cheese risotto.

EPICUREAN LAMB CHOPS

Garlic herb marinated lamb chops, sautéed spinach and sweet potato mash with a balsamic brown sugar pan sauce.

CREOLE STUFFED PORTOBELLO

Spinach, Cheddar, Onions, Garlic, Parmesan, Creole Seasonings, Green Onions and Veggie Sausage all Stuffed in Portobello Mushrooms Sprinkled with Bread Crumbs and served with whipped potatoes and freshly sautéed green beans.

CHOCOLATE CREME' BRULEE

Classic crème brûlée, with just the right amount of chocolate! This chocolate crème brûlée is richer and more delectable!
