Let’s start with a soup that speaks to the soul of the summer. Okra and shrimp with crisp corn, the trinity, freshly crushed tomatoes, some bay leaves a dash or two of hot sauce. We’re talking the bees knees!

SECOND COURSE

COLLARD GREENS AND BLACK EYE PEA SALAD

Freshly chopped collard greens, lightly sautéed with black-eyed peas and tossed with a roasted garlic and shallot vinaigrette.

THIRD COURSE

BUTTERMILK AND MAC & CHEESE  PLEASE

Buttermilk Grilled Chicken Sweet Potato Mac and Cheese Hot Water Cornbread with mango butter.
