FIRST COURSE

CRISPY GREEN TOMATO SALAD

Mixed greens, purple onion, topped with julienned fried green tomatoes with a creole ranch drizzle.

SECOND COURSE

ROASTED RED PEPPER BISQUE

This Roasted red pepper bisque is creamy and full of flavor topped with housemade croutons and a blue cheese crumble

THIRD COURSE

CREOLE SEAFOOD LASAGNA

Chesapeake Bay Lump Blue Crab, Shrimp, Crawfish all in a savory Béchamel sauce with Creole herbs and spices erved with grilled asparagus.

CRAB CAKE MAQUE CHOUX

Pan Seared Crab Cakes atop a Corn Maque Choux   with a Garlic Thyme Aioli drizzle.

CREOLE ROASTED LAMB

Creole roasted herb Lamb with potatoes in a Creole chimichurri sauce served with grilled asparagus.

FOURTH COURSE

SWEET POTATO CHEESCAKE Paired with coffee

New York flair and New Orleans flavor in a graham cracker crust filled with cinnamon-spiced sweet potato cheesecake then topped with a lightly-sweetened layer of sour cream.  It is LOVE in every fork full.
